Welcome to my site that supports my primary calling as an instructor both online and in the classroom. I teach, prepare and develop courses, lectures and seminars in colleges and for private industry; I augment and support these activities with the preparation of specialized training videos.
My professional consulting background includes the preparation, analysis, implementation, independent audit and the review of project management plans and proposals, in the principles and practices of leadership and in business systems analysis; my experience in these areas spans across Canadian industry and government, in government agencies in the continental United States, and in the Middle East.
In the broad area of project management, I bring to my courses and consulting assignments a detailed knowledge of the structure and application of the PMBOK based on teaching and a wide variety of consulting experiences; and a formal background in leadership and business analysis.
Bids have been lost and projects become unprofitable when based on a plan that does not reflect the extent and complexity of the requirements or the reality of their implementation.
